The Phase 1 product focuses on map-first search, saved homes, alerts, sold-price clarity, and cashback education instead of trying to copy every feature from legacy competitors on day one.
The brokerage promise is simple: serious market tools, real TRREB data, and service that does not hide behind anonymous lead forms.
Our active coverage starts with Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, with the platform scaffolding already designed to support broader Ontario expansion.
