Is this full service?

No. Seller-managed and Hybrid Pro are limited-service representation. The brokerage handles MLS® exposure and paperwork; you manage showings, inquiries, and offers (Essentials) or share that work with a brokerage advisor (Hybrid Pro). Full service is a separate package.

Will my home appear on REALTOR.ca?

MLS® / REALTOR.ca exposure is included in Essentials and Hybrid Pro, where applicable to your service area. The Private Seller Listing is hosted on HousesGate only.

Who handles showings?

You do, on Essentials. Hybrid Pro adds advisor coaching. Full Service is end-to-end brokerage-managed.

Who handles offers?

On Essentials, offers come to you and your brokerage to countersign. Hybrid Pro adds an offer review session. Full Service handles negotiation start to finish.

Can I upgrade?

Yes — at any time. Your seller-managed package fee credits 100% toward a Full-Service listing-side fee at closing.

Are signs and photos included?

Optional add-ons on Essentials. Both are included on Hybrid Pro and Full Service.

What if I don't sell?

You can relist, adjust pricing, or end the agreement under its standard terms. Package fees are not refunded once the listing goes live, but the upgrade credit remains usable for 12 months.

Is buyer-agent compensation included?

No. Buyer-side compensation is separate from your HousesGate package fee, and is set by you on the listing. Your advisor will walk you through current GTA norms before you publish.
